Counsel, not control
The Advisory Board exists to widen our perspective and sharpen our standards. Its members serve in a consultative capacity, distinct from the fiduciary authority of the Board of Directors.
Membership is held in confidence at the discretion of the individual advisers. We describe below the archetypes of experience we convene rather than name those who serve.
