Aurelius Aegis is led by a small group of principals drawn from sovereign finance, private banking, and national-security disciplines. We measure ourselves by the continuity we provide, not by the attention we attract.

Aurelius Aegis was established to operate Aurelius OS as long-horizon infrastructure for global wealth. Our leadership is selected for judgment exercised under confidence, fiduciary temperament, and a record of carrying responsibility quietly.
We are domiciled in the Abu Dhabi Global Market and structured for permanence. Leadership accountability runs to the Board and, through it, to the principals and institutions we serve.

Principal leadership and the functions reporting into the executive office.
Francesco Tripepi — Founder & Chairman
Sets institutional strategy and presides over the Board. Custodian of the firm's mandate, its security posture under Aurelius Aegis, and its relationships with sovereign and family principals.
Chief Executive Officer — to be announced
Holds operating authority for Aurelius OS and the firm's service lines, accountable to the Board for execution, conduct, and client stewardship.
Chief Financial Officer — to be announced
Stewards capital discipline, treasury, and financial controls, working alongside Audit & Risk on the integrity of the firm's reporting.
Chief Technology Officer — to be announced
Leads the engineering of Aurelius OS and the technical implementation of the Aurelius Aegis framework across the platform.
Chief Security Officer — to be announced
Owns the firm's protective posture across personnel, information, and physical domains, in concert with the Aurelius Aegis standard.
General Counsel — to be announced
Directs legal, regulatory, and confidentiality matters, and supports the Board on conflicts and fiduciary obligation.
